If you are new to AllSport CrossFit, you MUST attend our Beginners Introductory Class at 7 p.m. on a Thursday night. It is called the “Beginner Elements Class / Required for those new to AllSport CrossFit.” It is limited to 10 people per class. After you attend this class, you can any other class on the following Friday and Saturday but you must reserve your spot in a class by clicking on the particular CrossFit Class you would like to attend and then Sign Up Now.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions prior to attending. Again, you MUST have registered and reserved your class through AllSport CrossFit Mind Body Registration System so we can inform the Coach of that class ahead of time that you are coming to a particular class.
If you absolutely can not attend our Beginner’s Elements Class, you MUST contact us prior to attending any other class. We can not accept drop ins or new people into our regular class without you contacting us ahead of time. firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive clear instruction on all movements of a WOD (Workout of the Day). We encourage scaling and/or modifying your weights or WOD if necessary, based on your skill and fitness level. So, even if you feel you are out of shape prior to starting, come try it for those three days and we will scale or modify for your level.
Please arrive 10 minutes early prior to your first class to sign a waiver and you must bring your own water bottle.
If you are still a bit intimidated about attending AllSport CrossFit, you can also schedule one hour of Private Instruction (one-on-one) which is $60 per hour. If there is more than one person then its $50 per person per hour.
Note: The 3 Consecutive Trial Classes does not apply to local Houston Area Persons who are members of other CrossFit boxes; you must pay the $20 Drop in Fee per WOD.
Out of Town Visitors also must pay the $20 Drop in Fee, as well and you must contact email@example.com prior to attending.
Once you have completed the 3 Consecutive Classes, you can start your membership at any time and it will run month to month on the day you submit payment. Please sign in to our AllSport CrossFit Mind Body Registration System and Click on ONLINE STORE>Contracts>and select which membership you would like to purchase.
If you are Military/Fire/Police/First responder, you must send a copy of your ID to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to choosing this package.
In addition, if you and your significant other are joining together, you must contact email@example.com to have this discounted package set up; please add your credit card information to your profile online and provide your significant others’ information so the package can be set up.
NOTE: Our packages are month to month,but will continue to renew automatically unless you give us 10 days notice to cancel any monthly billing. For example, if you purchase a package on the 20th of the month, we need to know by the 10th of the next month to cancel your future billing. There are No Refunds. Once you have paid for a month, we can not suspend that month’s membership for vacations or business trips or injuries. We suggest that if you know ahead of time that you will be out of town for a period of time, that you purchase a punchcard or change to 3X week for that month. This must be done through a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchase our 3X week package, this means you can workout 12 times per month (Open Gym and any other special WODs counts towards your 12 workouts per month).
Unlimited packages can attend any and every class and can even come 2X per day.
Remember, you MUST be registered into any and every class you plan on attending through our AllSport CrossFit Mind Body Registration System. If you can not attend a class that you have reserved, please be sure to cancel your reservation or you will lose your session. In addition, you may be taking up a spot for another athlete that may be on the waiting list for that class. AllSport CrossFit must cap our classes for safety, space and equipment restrictions. We appreciate your help and cooperation with this policy.
