Changes to the AllSport CrossFit 7:15 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. Schedule

After further research on our class totals and attendance in Mind Body, we’ve decided to keep the 7:15 a.m. class on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. We will have an elements class on Wednesdays (Reserved for those NEW to AllSport CrossFit) every other week so that day is reserved for Elements and is not a Regular CrossFit Class.

The 8:15 a.m. class has very low attendance so it will be canceled going forward on 1 February 2013.

On 23 February 2013, we will change the Saturday schedule to an 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Regular CrossFit Class and a 10:30 Lifting Class. There will be a cap on the 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. class so please make arrangements to attend the other class if one is full. Please honor the waitlist, as well.  This will give us a little more room in each of the Saturday classes so we can continue with Strength/Skill on that day, as well as a WOD.

4:00 p.m. – Friday / Regular CrossFit Class

5:00 p.m. – Monday thru Friday / Regular CrossFit Class

6:00 p.m. – Monday thru Friday / Regular CrossFit Class

7:00 p.m. – Monday thru Wednesday / Regular CrossFit Class

7:00 p.m.  – Wednesday/ Beginner Elements Class / Reserved for those new to AllSport CrossFit (Alternates weeks with the 7:15 a.m. Beginner Elements Class)
