Bring a Friend for FREE – 8:30 a.m. & 9:30 a.m. Saturday WODs – 2nd & 9th January 2016!!!!!!

We are so grateful for all of you as we celebrate our 4 Year Anniversary on 1 January 2016!!! We could not have done it without the support of our amazing friends! and, Thank you to those who helped us build out the gym – RIck P and Will J and to those first clients that are still with us today, Stacey and Kris. and those that followed! The gym has changed so much in the past four years….the transformation has been amazing!!!
We will formally celebrate on 9th January 2016 at Maria Selma’s at 6 p.m. which is down Richmond Avenue a couple miles from AllSport. Everyone in attendance will receive a small gift from us. So we hope you can make it to celebrate with us! We will provide some appetizers and you guys can grab your drinks from their bar!
For the next two Saturday’s (the 2nd and the 9th), the 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. regular WOD’s will be FREE for everyone; if you’re a past member and are itching to try it out again please sign up for these classes! If you are on a punchcard or 12 WODs per month, these are bonus workouts for you! We ask you please bring a friend or family member if they have been on the fence about trying CrossFit. This is their chance to try it out among friends and family and have some fun!
We require that everyone PLEASE register in our system:
No exceptions as all of our waivers are online and we need to know who’s coming and how many new folks to expect! It takes about 2 minutes to do this, so please have your friends register prior to coming. We won’t be able to accept anyone that isn’t registered so this is a MUST! 🙂
