Warm Up: 2 laps in gym of bear crawl, 10 pushups regular, 10 wide, 10 narrow, 20 hollow rocks, 20 supermans
Strength/Skill: Bench Press 10,5,8,4,6,3   OR  Establish 3RM Back Squat if you missed Monday and Wednesday
WOD: AMRAP 15 Minutes
10 KB Swings (53/35)
10 T2B
20 Walking Lunge Steps w KB
