Warm-up:  3 Rounds: 10 Burpees / 10 Push-ups / 10 Sit-ups

WOD:  “Partner Murph”

Must RUN together, but Pull-ups/Push-ups/Air Squats only one person working at a time:

1 Mile Run (Eastside lap then come to bay door and run to Branard and back)

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Air Squat

1 Mile Run (Eastside lap then come to bay door and run to Branard and back)

Cool Down:  20 calories on the Assault Bike / 20 Ring Dips (work on them)
