Warm-up:  Run Around Block, Lunges through Gym, Run Around Block, Burpee Broad Jump through Gym

Strength:  Front Squat – 10-10-10-10 (20 Abmat Sit-ups after each set)

Partner WOD (one person works at a time):  Max Rounds in 16 Minutes

8 Knees to Elbows

8 Squat Cleans (135/95)

12 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Walking Lunges (53/35)

Cool Down: 4 Wall Walks with holding for 10 Seconds
