Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, 30 Slam Balls (30/20), 20 Air Squats, 10 Push-ups

Strength / Skill: Hang (Squat) Clean:  3,3,3,3,3

Review Hang Clean with PVC:  Put together Hang Power Clean to Front Squat

 

WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Pull-up/Toe to Bar combo:  Perform a Pullup and immediately a T2b

Double Unders X2, Singles X3

 

Cool Down:  2 Rounds:  20 Calorie Assault Bike, 20 GHD
