5x 3 minute rounds of Cindy with 1 minute rest after each round…

10 Push-ups

15 Kettlebell Swings

Keep a continuous score so you will start right where you left off after each break….you know the break is coming, no reason to not go a little harder/faster each round…NO HOTDOGGING IT!
