WOD 1: “Sharktacons”

4 Man Teams, AMRAP 20 minutes

Buy in: Run Eastside Lap, then Row for Meters for the remaining time.

 

WOD 2: “Unicron”

40 Box Jumps (24/20)

40 Under Strap Burpees

40 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

40 Wallball (20/14)

Each member must start on Box Jumps, and Athlete must complete all reps before advancing to next Station. In Chipper Team Style.
