Strength – Squat Cycle 5 rounds 3 front 6 back 60% – this is all about speed out of the hole.
WOD – partner WOD for time (2 bars per pair)

50 hand release push ups
40 Hang Cleans (135/95)
40 HSPU
30 Deadlifts (225/155)
30 hand release push ups
