Skill:  Deadlift

Strength:  “Schrodinger’s Cat”

1 Deadlift every 30 seconds for 15 Minutes (315/225)

WOD:  AMRAP 12 Minutes

3 Pullups to Toe to Bar

5 Burpees

7 Slam Balls (30/20)

Cool Down:  Wall Sits:  3 X 1:00 on/off
