Warm-up:  Grab a Partner, 2 Rounds Each:  Run Around Block while Partner Does light(er) KB Swings

Strength:  Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3 (yes 10 sets of 3 increasing in weight) FROM GROUND

20 Sit-ups in between each set

WOD:  15 Minute AMRAP

1 OHS from Ground (135/95)

7 Burpees

14 Wall Balls (14/20)

Cool Down (always optional and on your own):  Run to W. Alabama
