Warm-up: Run to West Alabama and back, 20 Airsquats, 20 Push-ups

WOD: 6x500m Rowing Time Trial, Row 500m as fast as possible like Jaws is chasing your Rowboat…rest…repeat!

Note – Each effort should be a Best Effort/Personal Best, ideally your First time will be your Best and your Last time will be your Worst etc….
