Warm Up – Run to West Alabama and Back, then, 2 rounds 10 reps, PVC Passthroughs, Hollow Rocks, Supermans, PVC Good  Mornings
Timed:  2 Minutes Ab Mat Sit-ups
Strength – Snatch Complex
15 minutes for Max Load: 1 Power Snatch – 1 Hang Snatch – 2 Overhead Squats
WOD – AMRAP 7 Minutes
7 Thrusters (95/65)
7 Burpees
ARx:  Thrusters from the Rack (135#)/Burpees

Cool Down:  30 Burpees, 20 Air Squats, 10 Push-ups
