Warm-up:  3 Laps Around Block, Lunge Through Gym First Lap, Burpee Broad Jump Second Lap, One Step Squats Last Round

Strength / Skill:  Bench Press 3X5 (go 5-10# heavier this week!)

WOD:  20 Minute AMRAP

25 Double Unders

20 AbMat Sit-ups

15 Wallballs

10 Burpees

5 Toes to Bar

Cool Down: 3 X 1:00 HS Holds and 3 X 1:00 Wall Sits
