Warm-up: 4 X Audley, 15 Empty Bar Thrusters

Strength:  Backsquat 3X5

10 Box Jumps after each set; be explosive and singles only!

WOD:  15 Minute Time Cap:

Eastside Lap, then MAX Sit-ups in remaining time.

Score is number of sit-ups

 

or Eastside Lap, AMRAP: 10 Air Squats, 10 Push-ups, 10 Situps in remaining time.

Score is rounds plus reps

 

Cool Down (optional and on your own):

3 Rounds:  10 T2B, 10 Toes to Pole, 10 Burpees
