Warm-up:  Run Eastside lap. 30 Slam Balls (Heavy), 30 Jumping Air Squats
 
Team WOD (teams of 2):  ‘Turn Down For What?”
Men use 95#/Women #65
3,2,1 Go…..then, one person holds on to a 45# bar in the rack position
With a 45# bar in the rack position, the other partner loads the bar to the appropriate weight.
Each Partner does 50 Shoulder to Overhead each.  Bar never touches the ground, you must pass it between partners.  
If bar touches the ground, 5 burpees each.
Then, 40 Front Squats each. Bar never touches the ground, you must pass it between partners.  If bar touches the ground, 5 burpees each.
Then 30 Deadlifts Each. Bar never touches the ground, you must pass it between partners.  If bar touches the ground, 5 burpees each.
Run around the Block with the bar. If bar touches the ground, 5 burpees each.
Then you get to drop the bar. yay!!!!
20 Burpees Each.
Done!!!!
 
Cool Down:  Water, Water, Water….
