Warm-up:  Teams of 3:

10 Burpees each, then 20 Double Unders Each X5 Rounds,

So Partner 1 performs 10 Burpees, Then Partner 2 perfoms 10 Burpees, Then Partner 3 performs 10 Burpees

Then Partner 1 performs 20 DUs, Partner 2 performs 20 DUs and Partner 3 performs 20 DUs

Repeat 4 more times!

 

Strength/Skill:  Every 30 Seconds for 15 Minutes (so 30 Reps TOTAL) Perform 1 Deadlift (315/225)

 

WOD:  5 Rounds for Time:

Run Around Block

10 Pullups

15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

 

Cool Down:  3 Rounds:  10 GHD Sit-ups, 20 Mountain Climbers
