Warm-up:  Run around the block, line drills, mobility, squat therapy

Strength/Skill:  Back Squat @60% 8X3 (Slow descent, drive up quickly)

WOD:  3 Round for time:

16 Alternating DB or KB Snatch (50+/35+)

Run to Branard and Back

8 Alternating Pushups on the DB or KB

Cool Down:  20 Hollow Rocks, 20 Mountain Climbers X3
