Warm-up: Run to West Alabama and Back, 20 Push-ups, 20 Back Extensions, 20 Backsquats with 45lb bar, Run to Sul Ross and Back, 15 Push-ups, 15 Backsquats, 15 Back Extensions, Run to Branard and Back, 10, 10, 10, Run to Audley Corner and Back, 5, 5, 5 etc..

WOD:  “Megatron”

Four Mini WODs for individual time

15 Burpees and 500m Row

All events should be done with MAXIMAL effort, think of it as four mini WODs and you will be satisfied….

50 Sit-ups

40 Jumping Jacks
