Warm-up:  Run Eastside Lap, Bear Crawl across gym, Line Drills and Mobility

Skill/Strength:  Bench Press 3X5

WOD:  “Ball So Hard”

5 Rounds:

15 Wallballs (20/14)

15 Lateral Jumps over the Wallball

15 Lunges with the Wallball held overhead

15 Woodchoppers with the Wallball

15 Sit-ups with the Wallball touching back and forward

Cool down:  Wall Sits:  1:00 on/off for 3 Rounds
