Warm-up:  Run Eastside Lap, 40 Slam Balls, 20 Front Squats with Slam Ball

Mobility and Squat Therapy

Front Squat: 3-3-3-3-3 with 20 AbMat Sit-ups in between each set

WOD:  For Time:

9-6-3

Single Arm Snatches (53/35)

Burpees

Muscle Ups (ARx) or 3 Pull-ups/3 Ring Dips (Rx)

Cool Down:

Plank: Front, Left, Right, Front for 1:00 on/1:00 off
