Warm-up:  3 Rounds:  10 Burpees, 10 Mountain Climbers, 10 Lunges

Prepare for the Countdown to Midnight WOD, Performed like the 12 Days of Christmas,

1, 2-1,3-2-1, 4-3-2-1, etc. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

the 5:15 a.m. and 6:15 a.m. did the below, but of course, David made the 9:15 a.m. do something “special!”

1 – Squat Clean (135/95)

2 – Pushups off the Bar

3 – Deadlifts (135/95)

4 – Burpees

5 – Toes to Bar

6 – Front Squats (135/95)

7 – Ab Mat Sit-ups

8 – Lateral Jumps

9 – Pull-ups

10 – SDHP (135/95)
