Strength/Skill: Work up to a Heavy Clean & Jerk (15 Minutes) / Work for 8-12 Reps Total

Partner WOD:  AMRAP 14 Minutes: “LOG PT”

100 Leg Levers

75 Four Count Flutter Kicks

50 Push-ups

25 8-Count Body Builders

Partner A MUST HOLD Bar Overhead While Partner B Works.

Cool Down:  3X 1:00 Wall Sits
