Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, 20 Burpees, 10 Hollow Rocks

For Time:  50 Slamballs, then Throw Over Shoulder (So perform a slamball, then stand up and throw backwards over shoulder)

**We now have extra 25’s, (4) 30#, (3) 35#, (4) 40#, (1) 50# if you want to go a little heavier

WOD:  4 Rounds for Time:

10 Single Arm Snatch AHAP with DBs or KBs (alternating)

50 Double Unders

ARX: 5 Rounds for Time

7 Axle Deadlift (365/255)

21 Double Unders

Cool Down:  50 AbMat Sit-ups, 50 Hollow Rocks
