Warm up

– Jog 400

-20 walking lunges

-10 Broad Jumps (think “Explosive” hips)

– 5 Burpees + tuck jump

– PVC Mobility/ Explanation of Squat Clean

 

Strength: Build up to a heavy squat clean (10-15 min)

 

WOD: “Here Comes the Boom!!!”

5 sets each for time (Score is total time including rest between each set)
