Warm-up (with partner):

150 Burpees, 100 Double Unders (11 Minute Cap)

Strength:  Squat Clean 3-3-3-1-1 (sets of 3 are touch and go)

WOD:  AMRAP 15 Minutes

1 Deadlift, 1 Squat Clean, 1 Push Jerk (135/95)

2 Deadlift, 2 Squat Clean, 2 Push Jerk

3,3,3

4,4,4…….

Cool Down:  Wall Sits:  3 X 1:00 on/off
