Teams of 2 or 3
Row 1500m
75x Front squat from ground (185#/125#)
50x Burpees
75x Overhead squat (115#/75#)
50x Pull-ups
75X Thrusters (95#/65#)
Run To W. Alabama and back
Partition work as needed, only one person working at a time. Last Run is as a TEAM.
