Warm-up:   Run Block, 21-15-9: Wall Ball, Slam Ball, Walking lunge, Run Block

Strength:  Front Squat: 5×2- AHAP.

WOD: 16:00 AMRAP:

  • 12x kettlebell Swing (53/35)
  • 8x Wall Ball
  • 6x Pull up
  • 4 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Run to the End of the Parking Lot and Back

Cool Down:  3 sets, not for time: 20 Hollow Rocks, 10 Super Mans
