Warm-up: Run Lap Around Building, Lunge Through Gym, Run Lap Around Building, Burpee Broad Jump Across Gym

Strength:  Deadlift 5X3 (option for SUMO)

Bench Press 3X5

WOD:  30 Double Unders

30 Squat Cleans (155/115)

30 Double Unders

GO HEAVY on the Squat Cleans!!!! Challenge Yourself!!!

Cool Down (always optional and on your own):  50 Air Squats, 40 Sit-ups, 30 Sec Plank, 20 Burpees, 10 Push-ups
