Warm-Up:
Run to Branard and Back
3 Rounds: 20 Lunges, 15 Push ups,10 Air Squats,5 Burpees

Skill/Strength:  Front Squats 4×4

WOD:
18:00 EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)
Odd: 6 HSPU
Even: 10 KB Swings (53+/35+)

Cool Down:  5 Rounds: 20 Sit-ups, 20 Hollow Rocks
