Warm Up
Strength: Bench Press / Ring Row
4 rounds of 10/10
work up to a moderate set of 10 bench presses. Lower slowly, explode off chest
immediately followed with 10 planked ring rows – elevate feet if able.
WOD: 2 rounds
50 sit ups
40 jumping lunges
30 slam balls
20 wall balls
10 burpees
