Warm-up:  Partner Up:  Perform 150 Burpees, 150 DUs between two (one person works at a time) 12 Minute Cap
Skill:  Bench Press 3X5, perform 25 Goblet Squats between each Set (53/35 Kettlebell)
WOD:  AMRAP 12 Minutes
3 Pullups to Toe to Bar
5 Burpees
7 Slam Balls (30+/20+)
Cool Down:  “Annie” 50-40-30-20-10 DUs/AbMat Sit-ups
