Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, 10 Burpees, 10 Push-ups, 10 Air Squats

Strength:  7 Rep Max Deadlift (Hold ONTO it!) (Estimated 20 Minutes)

WOD:  4 Rounds:

50 Double Unders

25 Slam Balls (30+/20+)

15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Cool Down:  3 Rounds:  10 Jumping Air Squats, 10 AbMat Sit-ups, 10 Leg Levers
