400m run buy in then,
3 power cleans 135/95
6 burpees
9 wall ball 20/14
12 pull ups
15 push ups
18 box jumps 24/20
21 shoulder to overhead 135/95
400m run cash out
Everything , but run done in 12 days of x-mas style. So, 3 cleans, then 3 cleans 6 burpees then, 3 cleans 6 burpees 9 wall balls….
Only run at beginning of time and after the 21 S2OH…
