5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Overhead Squats 

Strength: Schrodingers Cat 

1 Deadlift every 30 seconds for 15 minutes

RX 315+/225

WOD: AMRAP 12 minutes

6 Muscle Ups or Progression* below

9 Toes to Bar

12 KB Swings 70/53

15 Double Unders

*WOD Muscle Up Progression – Perform 6 Pull-ups in odd rounds, 6 Ring Dips in even Rounds

Accessory: 6 x 400m Run. 2 minute rest after each lap.

ABZ: Accumulate 7 minutes total of Planks and Flags
