Warm-up:  Groups of 3:

3 Rounds:  10 Calorie Assault Bike, 20 Burpees, 30 Air Squats (Rotate until all are done doing all three once)

Front Squat:  3-3-3-3-3 (Record highest 3 Rep Max!!! GO Heavy!!!)

WOD:  6 Rounds:

10 Wallball (20/14)

10 Burpees

10 OHS with Ball Held Overhead

10 Lateral Jumps Over Ball

Cool Down:  3 Rounds:  10 SuperMans, 1:00 Plank Hold
