Review of the Clean, Power, and Squat Clean

Strength:  5-5-3-3-1-1-1 Squat Clean (Work Up to a Heavy One Rep Max)

WOD:  “Partner KettleBell WOD”

12 Minute AMRAP

5 Kettlebell Swings (70/53); Please don’t drop the kettlebell

5 Burpees

You complete your reps while your partner rests and then rest while your partner completes theirs.

Cool Down:  Wall Sits 3X1:00 on/off
