Warm-up:  Run to Sul Ross and Back

20 Jumping Air Squats

Run to Branard and Back

20 Jumping Lunges

Skill:  Set a 1 Rep Max Box Jump (15 minutes)

 

WOD – “Fuzzy Dice”

20 Minutes AMRAP with a Kettlebell

1 Turkish Get Up

2 Single Arm Snatch

3 Lunges Each Leg with KB

4 Russian Swings

5 American Swings

6 Goblet Squats

 

Cool Down: 4 Rounds:  20 AbMat Sit-ups, 5 Burpees
