Run to Richmond, to Buffalo Speedway, to W Alabama, to Audley back to gym

150 Partner Wallball (20/14) for Time

Partner throws ball up and other partner catches it, must alternate each ball

WOD:  20 Minute CAP (with partner).

Must complete in this order but can break up between partners however you want!

50 Thrusters (95/65)

50 Pull-ups

50 Push Press (95/65)

50 Toes to Bar

50 Power Clean (95/65)

50 Front Squats (95/65)

Cool Down:  Water, Water, Water!
