20 Inchworms, 20 Toy Soldiers

Strength:  Backsquat 10X3 (30 Seconds rest in between sets)

 

WOD:

10 Rounds: 5 Wallballs (20/14), 6 Burpees, 7 Box Jump Overs (20” for everyone)
