80 Lunges on AbMat

70 Jumping Jacks

60 Double Unders (or 2X for Singles)

50 Ab Mat Sit-ups

40 Lunges on AbMat

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Double Unders (or 2X for Singles)

10 AbMat Sit-ups

Cool Down: Run to Branard and Back, Inchworms Across the Gym X2
