Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, 50 Lunge Steps, 30 Wallballs (lighter than usual)

Strength: Power Clean:  1-1-1-1-1 (20 AbMat sit-ups between each set)
WOD:  10 Rounds for Time:

150 Meter Row

15 Slam Balls (50/30)

Cool Down:  20 Air Squats, 20 Burpees X2
