On a 20 minute Clock…

Double Secret Advanced RX Box Cindy – Perform 5 Strict Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Airsquats, every minute on the minute for 20 minutes, for a score of 20 rounds. Sit on a box to rest each round, work diligently to lower your heart rate each round. If you fail to keep up or skip a round, your Cindy ends immediately and you perform a 75 Burpee penalty. Wear a Weight Vest to make it interesting.

ARX – 20 round RX Cindy for time, 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Airsquats. 20 minute Cap. Wear a Weight Vest to make it interesting.

Cindy – 20 minute AMRAP of 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Airsquats.
