Warm Up: 500m Row Slow, 10 burpees, 500m Row fast, 10 burpees
8 minutes – establish max set of UB doubleunders AND/OR max set unbroken pull ups
Against a 22 minute clock
2 Rounds of:
30 air squats
200m Row
30 burpees
200m Row
30 jumping lunges
200m row
30 push ups
200m row
Then, after 2 rounds, in remaining time
Max Reps C&J 135/95
