Strength/Skill: Weighted Lunge from the Rack: 1,1,1,1,1,1 (1 actually means one on each leg, increasing in weight each time)

24 Double Unders (48 Singles)
12 Goblet Squats with Kettlebell (53/35)
Cool Down: Wall Sits:  1:00 off/on
