3 rounds:  0:30 on/0:30 off Handstand Holds on Wall


Strength/Skill:  Strict Press 3X5 (Stay the Same Weight)

10 Wall Ball (20/14)


10 Lunges


5 Pull-ups



Cool Down:  4 Rounds:  10 Toes to Pole and 10 Sit-ups
