Warm-up:  Row 1500 Meters, Inchworm across gym,

lunge across gym, 20 push-ups

Strength/Skill:  Benchpress 3X5, perform 25 AbMat Sit-ups in between

WOD:  50 Burpee Box Jumps, EMOM 3 KB Swings (70/53)

Rest 2 Minutes

50 KB Swings (70/53), EMOM 3 Burpee Box Jumps

Cool Down:  25 Calories on the Assault Bike, 25 GHD Sit-ups
