Warm-up:  Run 400 Meters, 40 Lunges, Row 1492 Meters (Leave rowers on Turf), 40 Lunges, Run 400 Meters

Strength/Skill: Front Rack Weighted Lunges:  8,8,8,8,8

 

WOD:  EMOM for 8 Minutes

Complete 5 Clean and Jerks (135/95) EMOM

Remainder of Each Minute, Perform Burpees

Score is Total Number of Burpees

*RX Option Only: 20/14 Wallball or Double Unders

Cool Down:  Row 500 Meters
