Warm-up:  Mobility Gone Bad,

3 (5) Minute Rounds:

  1. Double Unders
  2. Burpees
  3. Inchworms
  4. Foam Roller
  5. PVC Pipe

WOD:  10000#, 3000meters

Lift 10000# and Row 3000meters as fast as possible, break up however you want

Benchpress, for example:  100 Reps X 115# = 10000#+

Backsquat, for example:  50 Reps X 225# = 10000#+

Deadlift, for evample:  33 Reps X 315# = 10000#+

Choose your lift, but stick to it.
